| The Village Clubhouse |
The Village Clubhouse is designed with multi-purpose hall which is great for small to medium-sized gatherings. Located at Sun Valley Phase 2 equipped with its own swimming pool, amenities and grilling stations for cooking that steak on a Sunday family bonding activity.
A basketball court, tennis court, picnic area & jogging path is also available beside this clubhouse.
It also serves as a place of worship for Roman Catholics every Sunday morning.

| The Golf Clubhouse |
Sun Valley Golf, an 18-hole golf course is operated separately from the Residential Estate with its own restrictions and guidelines. It is envisioned to complement the overall development of Sun Valley. The course offers challenging play for anyone seeking to test their skill and picturesque landscapes and stunning vistas for those looking for a more laid back round. In addition to the 18 holes, another three (3) beautiful holes are added to make it a 21-hole golf course. These additional holes maybe used to replace some regular holes scheduled for more aggressive maintenance and to give variety of play for the golfers. Sun Valley has been described as one of the best course in the country.

| The Sports Plaza |
The Sports Plaza at Sun Valley Antipolo is unique in the area, with a soccer field at one end and a sports clubhouse at the other, and numerous sports facilities in between. Nestled in a shallow basin surrounded by hills and ridges, the Sports Plaza is in its own “territory”, yet one that is easily accessible from the various residential areas within Sun Valley. The Sports Clubhouse offers
indoor games such as billiards and table tennis, as well as shower rooms. Near the clubhouse, facilities include the obstacle course, exercise bars, and a rope bridge. Sun Valley Estates in Antipolo integrates health and well being in its concept of the good life. That is why the Sports Plaza, as a venue for active training and workouts, is a centerpiece at Sun Valley.

| The Pavilion |
The Pavilion, just like the other 3 clubhouses, this clubhouse also has a swimming pool. This clubhouse is unique from other clubhouses for the fishing lagoon behind it, that makes a perfect venue for family bonding.
This clubhouse is ideal for conferences, trainings, seminars, team building, weddings and other family or company affairs. You can choose from its air conditioned function hall or outdoor covered hall.

| The Promenade |
True to its vision of making Sun Valley a self-contained community, The Promenade is now open at Phase 1. Designed to
provide a convenient venue for everyday shopping needs, The Promenade has ready outlets for food, grocery, service shops, or business centers. In place is fitness center and a coffee shop, with more outlets expected to be launched soon. A function hall in the center of The Promenade can seat 300 persons, and is ideal for celebrations, conferences, product launches, exhibits, and others. There’s a children’s play area on one of the back lawns, and an open space which may be used for small gatherings.
